Axley Staff Members Earn 2014 Unsung Heroes Awards

The Wisconsin Law Journal named Axley legal assistant Jean Karls and librarian Jane Crandall Unsung Heroes in its 2014 installment of the award, which recognized 24 law firm staff members throughout the state for their behind-the-scenes efforts and steadfast dedication to the legal profession.

Wegner CPAs Raises Funds for Local Nonprofit

Wegner CPAs’ staff members and friends volunteered at a beverage stand on Saturday, August 30 at the Taste of Madison raising over $1,300 for local nonprofit, Heartland Farm Sanctuary. Heartland Farm Sanctuary is dedicated to helping homeless farm animals in Wisconsin, and building connections between animals and vulnerable youth.

TASC (Total Administrative Services Corporation), a provider of tax-advantaged medical and other benefits account management services, today announced their designation as a 2014 Innovator by the Institute of Healthcare Consumerism’s (IHCC). Pam Reynolds, Chief Development Officer (CDO) at TASC, was recognized for outstanding leadership and innovative healthcare benefit solutions.

MSCR Employee to Receive WPRA Award

Jessica Cady-Bartholomew, Madison School & Community Recreation (MSCR) Fitness & Wellness Specialist, was chosen to receive the Wisconsin Park & Recreation Association (WPRA) Young Professional of the Year Award.Cady-Bartholomew, has national certification through the National Park & Recreation Association (NRPA) as a Certified Park & Recreation Professional, and has worked at MSCR for four years.

Axley Announces First Female Managing Partner

Axley Brynelson, LLP is proud to announce the election of the firm’s first female Managing Partner, Attorney Patricia Gibeault.

With more than 33 years of experience at Axley, Attorney Gibeault was elected by the firm’s Partners. She also became the firm’s first female Partner in 1989.
