Connect @ Lunch provides members with an opportunity to enjoy great food and make new connections all at the same time. At the Eldorado Grill you will get “a little slice of down home Texas cookin’ right here in Madison”.
This lunch will allow you to get up and rotate tables three times for the salad, entree, and dessert course with four people at each table. When it comes to getting the job done we know that sometimes it is not what you know but who you know!
Cost: $25.00 per person Members Only Space is limited to 36 people, 2 per business.
Salad Course: Fresh spinach salad with goat cheese, red onions, tomatoes, candied chiliedpecans and a lemon cumin vinaigrette dressing.
Option One: Ancho Agave Glazed Sockeye Salmon Filet of line caught Sockeye Salmon grilled to perfection and glazed with a sweet citrus anchoagave sauce. Served atop garlic mashed potatoes and house collard greens. Garnished with crispy garlic and citrus.
Option Two: Smoked Pulled Pork Pork roast with 8 secret herbs and spices, slow-roasted and smoked tender. Served on Texas toast with bbqsauce, chipotle potato salad, green chilepinto beans, corn cake, pickles and onions.
Option Three: Grilled Spinach Enchiladas Corn tortillas filled with a mixture of fresh spinach, feta, chevre, white cheddar and cream cheese. Grilled and served with red rice, black beans and a roasted tomato, green olive, onion and caper sauce made famous in Veracruz, Mexico.
Dessert Course: Lemon Jalapeno Pie – We squeeze fresh lemon juice then mix it with eggs, milk, sugar and fresh diced jalapenos. Then we bake it all in a house-made pie shell. Served with whipped cream and a sprig of mint.
