Portillo’s Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Celebration

Help us celebrate – Chicago-style – with the grand opening of the new Portillo’s location in Madison on Monday, March 4!
The 9,000-square-foot space at 4505 East Towne Blvd. will feature a Fifties diner theme, two drive-thru lanes, seasonal outdoor seating, beer and, of course, Portillo’s signature dishes like Chicago-style hot dogs and Italian beef.
