Park Bank is pleased to announce that Ken Lammersfeld has joined Park Bank as Senior Vice President of Retail Banking. Lammersfeld brings over 30 years of banking and financial service experience with both national and community banks in the areas of retail banking, investment services and human resources. In addition, Lammersfeld was an adjunct instructor for Marian University where he developed and facilitated courses in finance, management and leadership, and human resources. In 2011, he was nominated Adjunct Faculty of the Year. Both in banking and in teaching, Lammersfeld focuses on developing leadership and management skills, as well as organizational development skills. Lammersfeld will be overseeing the management and operations of the 12 Park Bank branches, as well as all other retail focused products and services.
